Our "True North Guided Help" is a core feature, and you must understand its nature and limitations:

Not a Medical or Clinical Service: The AI assistance interface is an informational tool only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified health providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition.
Controlled Knowledge Base: The AI is a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system. It draws answers exclusively from a pre-approved, curated library of materials. It does not generate unverified information from the open internet.
Critical Situations: The system is designed to identify language indicating a user may be in distress. In such cases, it will provide a pre-written, expert-approved response with emergency contact information. You acknowledge that we are not a crisis service and that in an emergency, you should contact local emergency services immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and AI knowledge base, are owned by The Compass Project/ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal organizational use.

7. Service Tiers and Payment

Free Service Tier: Access to foundational resources is provided free of charge to qualified community users (e.g., sports clubs, schools, NGOs). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.
Paid Service Tier: Subscription fees, payment terms, and specific features for corporate or organizational clients are defined in a separate subscription agreement or on the Service's pricing page. Paid subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled in accordance with their terms.
